These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through Novae Hair Academy.
By purchasing a course, assessing course content or submitting practical work, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Novae Hair Academy provides online professional hair extension education, including training in Nano Bonds, Tape and Sew-In Weft Hair Extensions, together with related theory, practical demonstrations, assessments and business education.

2. Course prices are displayed on the website before purchase. Courses may be purchased individually or as part of the Complete Hair Extensions Professional Programme.
Where a course includes a training kit, this will be clearly stated within the course description.
Payment must be completed before access to paid course content is provided unless Novae Hair Academy has expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Course content may include:
Written theory, practical demonstration videos, knowledge checks, practical assessments, downloadable or online learning materials, business and professional guidance.
Access is for the purchasing student only.
Course login details must not be shared with another person.
Course access will be available for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
4. Students are given the option to begin accessing their digital course immediately.
Where you request immediate access to digital course content before the end of the statutory 14 day cancellation period, and acknowledge that you will lose your rights to cancel once supply of the digital content begins, the digital course purchase will become non-refundable once access begins, except where your statutory rights require otherwise.
This does not affect your legal rights where digital content or services are faulty, not as described or do not meet applicable consumer-law requirements. Digital content supplied to consumers must meet statutory standards including satisfactory quality and being as described.
5. Where a course includes a training kit, the contents will be as described on the website.
Kit contents may include items such as:
- Training Head
-Training Extension Hair
-Nano Bond Beads
- Extension Pliers
- Tape Tabs / Roll
- Small bottle of Tape Remover
- Micro Beads
- Weft Thread
- Weft Needle
- Other relevant training equipment.
Equivalent products may occasionally be substituted where an item is unavailable, provided the replacement is suitable for the intended training purpose.
Training-kit items are supplied for educational/practical use.
6. Training kits will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Students are responsible for entering the correct delivery details.
Estimated delivery times may be provided but can not be guaranteed where delays occur outside the reasonable control of Novae Hair Academy.
Any damaged, faulty, or missing kit items should be reported as soon as reasonably possible after delivery with photographs where appropriate.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.
7. Where statutory cancellation or return rights apply to physical goods, Novae Hair Academy will comply with those rights.
Returning or cancelling a physical training kit does not automatically restore a cancellation right for digital course content where the student has already validly agreed to immediate digital access and acknowledged the loss of that cancellation right.

8. Courses require practical evidence to be submitted before successful completion.
Students may be asked to submit photographs or other evidence demonstrating:
-Sectioning
- Placement
-Attachment technique
- Tension and weight distribution
-Finished application
-Blending
- Other relevant practical skills.
Submitting practical work does not guarantee a pass. Where work does not yet meet the required standard, students may be asked to practise and resubmit their work.
The purpose of assessment is to ensure that students demonstrate safe and appropriate application techniques before completing the course.
9. A course certificate will only be issued once all required learning and practical assessments have been successfully completed.
Completion of a course does not guarantee:
- Acceptance by every insurer
- Approval for every professional trade account
- Employment
- A particular level of income
- Business success.
Students are responsible for checking the requirements of their chosen insurer, salon, supplier or trade-account provider before offering services professionally.
10. Students should obtain appropriate professional insurance before providing extension services to paying clients.
It is the student's responsibility to ensure their policy covers the specific methods they intend to offer, including where relevant:
Nano Bonds, Tapes and Sew-In Weft Hair Extensions.
Novae Hair Academy cannot guarantee that every insurer will accept every certificate.
11. Students are required to:

Working within their competence

Carrying out appropriate consultations

Following contraindications
-
Maintaining appropriate hygiene

Obtaining suitable insurance

Following manufacturer instructions
-
Following applicable laws and professional requirements
Students should not perform a technique on a paying client until they are sufficiently competent and appropriately insured to do so.
12. Novae Hair Academy provides education and guidance but does not guarantee any particular business or financial outcome.
Examples involving pricing, profits, tax, marketing or client growth are provided for educational purposes.
Business and tax information can change over time, and students are responsible for checking current official guidance or seeking appropriate professional advice.
13. Novae Hair Academy may update course content from time to time to improve training, reflect changes in products or techniques, correct errors or keep professional guidance current.
This may include changes to:

Written lessons

Videos
-
Assessments
-
Recommended products
-
Suppliers
-
Business information
Updates will not intentionally remove the core training purchased without reasonable justification.
14. All course materials are owned by or licensed to Novae Hair Academy.
This includes:

Videos
-
Written lessons
-
Images
-
Assessment materials
-
Guides
-
Course structure
-
Downloadable materials
Course materials are provided for the student’s personal learning only.
Students must not:
-
Copy or reproduce the course
-
Screen-record or redistribute videos
-
Share login details
-
Upload training materials elsewhere
-
Resell course materials
-
Use the content to create or teach another training course without permission
Unauthorised copying or distribution may result in course access being withdrawn and further action being taken where appropriate.
15. Novae Hair Academy reserves the right to suspend access where there is evidence of:

Account sharing
-
Theft or redistribution of course materials
-
Fraudulent activity
-
Abuse or harassment
-
Serious misuse of the learning platform
Any action taken will be reasonable and consistent with the student’s statutory rights.
16. Students are responsible for having:

A suitable internet connection
-
A compatible device
-
Access to the email account used when registering
Temporary interruptions may occasionally occur because of maintenance, technical problems or third-party services such as Wix.
Novae Hair Academy will take reasonable steps to resolve problems within its control.
17. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including rights that consumers cannot legally waive.
Students remain responsible for how they apply the techniques taught after training.
Novae Hair Academy is not responsible for losses arising solely from a student’s failure to follow training instructions, aftercare guidance, manufacturer instructions, insurance requirements or professional safety practices.
18. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Novae Hair Academy Privacy Policy.
Practical-assessment photographs submitted privately for assessment will not automatically be used for public marketing.
Separate permission should be obtained where identifiable student/model photographs are to be used publicly.
19. These Terms may be updated from time to time.
The Terms applying to a purchase will normally be those provided to the student when the contract was entered into, subject to changes required by law or agreed with the student.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable UK law.
